I've posted the following in the Forum too, but have so far not had any
replies.

Have been using amanda for quites some time now; great product

After a recent upgrade to Ubuntu 11.04, backups are now not working as
I'm getting the following error on amcheck

Amanda Tape Server Host Check
-----------------------------
Holding disk /home/amanda/holdingArea/MyConfig: 681112 MB disk space
available, using 204800 MB as requested
/usr/bin/perl: symbol lookup error:
/usr/local/share/perl/5.10.1/auto/Amanda/Debug/libDebug.so: undefined
symbol: Perl_Gthr_key_ptr
Server check took 0.147 seconds

I am using the packaged distribution from the amanada site and maybe I'm
the only person with this problem, hence the lack of response, but am
getting quite desparate to find a solution as backups are not working.

I've tried to build source, but that also failed.

Appreciate any help with resolving this.

Thanks

Verify that perl is correctly upgraded, one of the dependencies is probably not upgraded.
