That header is still there on my 3.5.1 system... but the format indeed
expanded since earlier versions, and also varies depending on the dump
type of that dump, etc.
Anyway, this is no longer a "build on Stretch" question, so you should
probably start a new thread -- being sure to include the full header of
your file so we are all looking at the same thing....
