This was not worded correctly. The mail *is* of course addressed to you.
You are the envelope recipient. What I wanted to say was the majority
of the time you will listed in the headers in the To: or CC: (or other
similar) fields.

So, the difference is what sender and recipient addresses amavisd-new
sees (the envelope sender and recipient) as opposed to what sender and
recipient addresses SpamAssassin sees (gleaned from the headers). In
many cases, they are the same, but in this case, they are not.
