A simple modification in sub add_forwarding_header_edits_per_recip
can provide any formatting you like, e.g. replacing the:
$1 eq 'SCORE' ? (0+sprintf("%.3f",$spam_level+$boost))
with:
$1 eq 'SCORE' ? (sprintf("%05.2f",$spam_level+$boost))
can provide the zero-padded score, rounded to two decimal places.
