You can't.

Spamassassin requires that your mail server actually accept the message 
before it can be scanned because it needs to analyze the headers and body.

However once you have accepted the message, you only choice is to mark 
it as spam (or not) and deliver it to the end user (or not).

Once your mail server has indicated to the sender that it has accepted 
the message, it's no longer possible to reject it. Bouncing it is also 
not an option, since the sender addresses are almost always fake and you 
would be come a bounce-back spam source (you would be come a spammer).
