At the moment we have to take into account that the staff at SAC are extremely demoralised and uncertain of their future. Substantial numbers have already jumped ship, and it seems likely that more will follow. This may produce paralysis in the organisation, affecting strategic decisions on the fate of organisations more than the day to day business of handing out little sums to artists.
