Brian,
I signed up for the one month free trial for EQUIS MetaStock. The setup included the Reuters Downloader. After trying ther program, I decided that I liked AmiBroker better for my charting and scanning. However I kept the database structure (and history) that Metastock set up and I update it daily with Reuters. The downloader is told where your data folders are, and it fills them in place. Then I just run Ami using the MetaStock plugin to access this data. Hope this info helps.

If so what is the format, how are you getting it and how do you use
it to manage sectors etc.
