Consulting time in this field typically goes for $300+ an hour ... On that basis if I thought I could sell 1000 copies of IO i.e. ~1/5th the AB users and I wanted to paid for the development effort spent that would bring the price tag to around $1000 a copy ... Given that TJ has probably spent 5-10 times that amount of time working on AB and has 5-10 times the users that should bring its price tage to the same neighborhood.
Maybe as a yardstick for the decision making process you could better use a scale to weigh what contributions you've already received versus the contributions you've already made ... --- In [email protected], Ken Close <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Steve: how much would you be willing to pay for such a book?
