Bert,

In the past I was approaching Bloomberg for months (if not longer) and their 
response
was that they are preparing new version of legal (non-disclosure) agreement for 
developers
and that they are now busy working with bigger software companies, etc.
All in all I did not see any real interest from their side to make their API 
available.
