Hello,

AmiBroker offers GetTickerList() method of Stocks collection in OLE automation 
interface
that retrieves the list of ALL tickers, no matter if they have quotes or not.

This is what AmiQuote uses when you pick Tools->Get Tickers From AmiBroker
menu in AQ or run auto-update.
