Good point.

I recently wanted to buy a CD of tick data for the ASX - only one
shop in town had the product (quality unknown).

After 5 - 7 days their support still hadn't answered my initial email
(by then AmiBroker was lookng like Miss World in a bikini).

I still needed that data - I picked up the phone and asked them, very
nicely, to please email me - the boss did - I replied and he
forwarded on to support - I got my data.

The boss followed up days later as well.

I'm still friends with support too!

my pride many times, saving myself lots of time and stress, and
ending up with better tools. It doesn't matter who is right or wrong.

Overall, I've been very happy with Quotes Plus data and Gary Lyben's
(owner/president) responsiveness. That said.

clerical issue left me feeling EXTREMELY angry and offended.

the amount of AFL recoding involved, but I can no longer do business
with Quotes Plus.
