Louis, If you look at yahoo web site, you'll find that SRLM.ob has no Historical prices after 26 MAR 08. This one must be downloaded with yahoo current to "stay current". There are many like that. Many indexes will not download historic data, only current or today's data can be downloaded. This problem which is different from the one Bill was describing, can be seen on the yahoo web site. Just check to see if historic data is shown. If so it can be downloaded. If not you must do it daily with yahoo current. Free data, you gotta stay on your toes:) Dave

If so, you have to use historical data which in your case (late at night) will always work.
