I have been developing this theme privately, and the forum has been a
considerable help, for a while now ...... I am at a point where I have
rejected, or am in the process of rejecting, the idea of leadership and the
practise of formalising groups. I am now considering under what circumstances I
would ever formalize a group ... for what ends.

This forum is not a typical cross section of humanity and IMO, at times, our
group dynamics are about as good as it gets, for a public effort. Virtuality
enhances the possibility of achieving good group dynamics ....we all have the
power of the delete button :-)
