Not sure if they make NPO caps in .01. The new stuff is usually much lower in voltage, with only a few types rated to 600 or 1000 volts.
I got a bunch of NPO's when building the receivers, and they were 200 volt small values like 100pf. I would think if they sell .01's in 600 or 1000 volts they will be good caps, made with modern materials and so on. Building some sort of filter?
