You don't need NPO caps for bypass. Any old thing will do for bypass caps in most applications.
NPO caps are used in tuned circuits as they change little with temp changes. They also have/used to make n330, n750, etc, they changed with temp to compensate for coils heating up. pick the right n number and drift would be very little.
