Rick,

   Mouser has some .01 uf 500v caramic capacitors with Y5P temp code (not
too bad) for 22 cents each (qty 1-199). I would stay away from Z5U and Z5V
temp codes because the capacitance is all over the place (+30 -80% for Z5V)
whereas the Y5P is +/- 10%.

On the same page above is a .01uf 1000v Y5P ceramic, and those are 90 cents
each.... Still better than a $67.00 Telefunken 12AX7 that is used, better
than new!

I am looking for a small quantity (20 - 50) of .01/600-1000 vdc high
quality disc ceramic (preferably NPO) capacitors.  If someone on the
list has them I can purchase that would be great.  If not, which
retailer would you guys recommend?  I usually buy surplus stuff so I'm
kind of out of touch with new stock retailers.
