I tried again just now, but it complained about snack not being installed. 
Question: is a scenario where I don't have snack but I do want webcam 
valid? In this case, we should inform the user that audio can only be used 
with snack but still let them configure the webcam.

Missing things: 1) lowrescam 2) "I want to make my webcam available to 
others" 3) FAQ/Help
(How about whether we are firewalled? This influences the webcam quality)

Also, a cosmetic issue (unrelated though): When we WinWrite audio stuff, 
we use the pixmap used for the "send voice clip" button in the CW. Well, I 
modified my skin and added an icon with some button-ish bevel and stuff, 
and guess what, a "real" button got WinWritten in the CW! So, I was seeing 
the text that said "Received voice clip" with a fake voice button next to 
it, and even though I had understood what was wrong, I kept clicking on 
the button-looking pixmap! LOL... I guess we should add another pixmap for 
the WinWrite :)
