Salut Phil!

Here all information I could find:

1. Debian SID (unstable + experimental) updated to today
> $ uname -r
> 2.6.20-1-k7

2. Amsn svn sources are compiled with "--enable-all" option, as I've
always done.

3.

It has been bought last november/december (2006).

4. When I run audio/video configuration wizard, amsn crashes with the
following error:

> $ /usr/bin/amsn
> mjpg: panic: no more input data
> Oops: malloc_video_bufs is 1 (expected 0)
> [utils/linux/capture/libng/grab-ng.c:malloc_bufs_check:235]
> Oops: processes is 1 (expected 0)
> [utils/linux/capture/libng/convert.c:process_check:179]

If I can provide some additional information, feel free to ask.

Thank you,

"The paradigm of competition is a race: by rewarding the winner, we encourage
everyone to run faster. When capitalism really works this way, it does a good
job; but its defenders are wrong in assuming it always works this way. If the
runners forget why the reward is offered and become intent on winning, no
matter how, they may find other strategies--such as, attacking other runners.
If the runners get into a fist fight, they will all finish late." (GNU
