Well, it's standard in the sense that the only mechanism for choosing
multiple parameters in HTML is the <SELECT MULTIPLE> tag, which works by
sending <key>=<value> with the same key repeated multiple times. There's
nothing to say that an application _must_ handle multiple instances of a
single key, because there's nothing to say that an application _must_
handle every single key=value pair.

Analog itself can handle both forms, I think. (LOGFILE log1,log2,log3 or
multiple LOGFILE entries).

anlgform.exe isn't broken, I just wondered if I was missing something
obvious.

Is this 'standard' written down anywhere?

In some sense, I agree this would be neater, and I'm thinking about doing it
that way in future. But I wouldn't call it 'standard'.
