Is there a way to get ARGSEXCLUDE to work with the file index.html? I tried
several combinations of it, and could not find one that worked.
what did not seem to work is
ARGSEXCLUDE /
ARGSEXCLUDE /index.html
Also, since the index.html is automatically translated from .../index.html to
.../ can this be applied with a wild card?
