Guys --

I'm customizing analog to work with access logs from an intranet site in
which some (personal) directories can be HREF'ed as either
/people/username/ or ~username/

My cfg file includes:

DIROUTPUTALIAS /~* /people/*
SUBDIR /people/*

And the output of the directory report is like this:

pages: #reqs: %bytes: directory
-----: -----: ------: ---------
  121: 305: 4.52%: /people/
    3: 8: 1.87%: /people/joe/
    5: 8: 0.56%: /people/larry/
   16: 43: 0.17%: /people/huey/
   11: 11: 0.01%: /people/joe/
(not their real names... ;-)

"Joe" is there twice because his directory is visited via HREFs to both
/people/joe and ~joe. I would really like two things - 1) the output
lines from visits to ~huey and ~joe should be indented after aliasing to
line up vertically with those above to /people/joe and /people/larry and
2) the output for visits to joe should be added together, to get one
line something like:

   14: 19: 1.88% /people/joe
instead of the two lines:
    3: 8: 1.87%: /people/joe/
   11: 11: 0.01%: /people/joe/

Is this possible with analog 3.3? (running on Silicon Graphics UNIX)

Also, I would like to be able to exclude subdirectories named "images"
from the directory report. I searched the analog-help archives for
DIREXCLUDE and yes I can exclude a top-level directory named images, but
not any subdirectories also named images. It would be a very nice
feature to have!

thanks,

Marj
