I just now tried DIRALIAS and analog complained that it's an unknown
configuration command. Is DIRALIAS maybe missing from the UNIX version
of analog???

I did try that. But, as it turned out, I got around the problem by
listing only directories with a certain number of requests for _pages_ -
this works, since images aren't pages. And page-requests was really what
I wanted anyway.
