While not necessarily incorrect, this answer is incomplete.
ANLGFORM.EXE is a CGI application - it's designed to be called by a web
server, because there are a variety of reasons why the Web Server
shouldn't call ANALOG.EXE directly. If you aren't already fairly
familiar with what Analog can do, and very familiar with how your web
server works, you're probably not going to make much progress with
ANLGFORM. Once you get it working, of course, it can be useful for
quickly checking different reporting options, but it's never quite as
powerful as running ANALOG directly.

So ANLGFORM.(CGI|EXE) isn't an option for you on your ISPs server. You
can make ANLGFORM work on your own computer by running a local
Webserver, but if you aren't already running a web server, it may not be
worth the trouble.

Lets start from the beginning. Open a DOS prompt, CD to the Analog
directory (you may find it's easier to rename the Analog directory to
C:\ANALOG in Windows Explorer first).
Then run your report by simply typing
ANALOG +Olog.htm d:\db-web\log\PathsOfLearning.net.log
This should create your basic report in a file called log.htm. You can
modify the report by opening ANALOG.CFG in NOTEPAD, and making changes,
or by creating a new .CFG file, and calling it in addition to ANALOG.CFG
eg:
ANALOG +Olog.htm +gpaths.cfg d:\db-web\log\PathsOfLearning.net.log
