The precompiled versions are command line executables, and can't be used as 
WinCGI or ISAPI applications. The Web interface is implemented by using a 
perl script that generates the CGI headers, and redirects the output from 
analog.exe. (It filters out certain commands that you probably wouldn't want 
to make available through a web interface, for security and performance 
reasons).
