If you need "today" date set TO to 5 minutes ago:
TO -00-00-00:-00-05
And don't run Analog between 00.00 and 00.05, or "today" is "yesterday".
Otherwise make a copy of your log and change dates manually into it, so you
can see visitors for the lacked hours.
