Well... not really, as it's deliberate. Think of a normal TO command which
chooses some period in the past. It's not completely clear what the right
naming for the output file is, but I'm inclined to think that it should be
named after the end of the period being analysed, not after the time the
report was run. (This is also as documented). Unless everyone else
disagrees?
