You just use yymmdd::hhmm, as before. For example, to run today's report from
10:00am to 11:00am:

    FROM 000504:1000
    TO 000504:1100

I believe you need the complete date information. To do 9:00am to 10:00am for
the date Analog was run on:

    FROM -00-00-00:0900
    TO -00-00-00:1000

Uh, a full day report is just
    FROM 000504
    TO 000504

Or, relatively
    FROM -00-00-00
    TO -00-00-00

Or are you trying to get a one-week report?
    FROM 000430
    TO 000506

Or relatively (assuming it's run on Monday morning)
    FROM -00-00-08
    TO -00-00-01

Not to me. I'm confused between your use of terms like DAILY, HOURLY, QUARTER
and FIVE which look like Analog report type commands. What does that have to do
with the FROM and TO fields?
