The references to the second argument in the docs refer to virtual hosts
as well, and all the examples use a server URL. But a more careful
reading does make it clear that the second argument is simply used as a
prefix, so I guess I'm seeing the expected behaviour.

The Directory Report includes most of the information that I need from
the VHost report, but it also includes a lot of other information that
I'm also interested in. It's precisely because it's such a big report
that I'd like to not have to rerun the report twice, once to get the
Directory information, and a second time to get the VHOST information
from the Directory report.

If I add
SUBDIR http://*/
DIRCOLS RrPbBb
I can turn the Directory report into the Virtual Host report (so the
information needed to create a Virtual Host report exists) but it's not
as useful as a directory report when I do this?

Maybe this can be added to the next version?
