But My server is Sun E250 model. It has 2 GB memory(RAM) & 9GB hard disk. Are
you have another solution for me to generate our analog statistics report on
monthly basis.

Like I said before, split(1) is your friend:

split -100000 really_large_log_file split.

That will split the log (really_large_log_file) into separate files of
100,000 lines apiece. Adjust that as necessary. The resulting files
will be named split.aa, split.ab, etc. up to split.zz. Read the man
page for split.

Note, however, this from the Solaris man pages for split:

     See largefile(5) for the  description  of  the  behavior  of
     split   when  encountering  files greater than or equal to 2
     Gbyte ( 2**31 bytes).

Basically, it could have the same problem :) The key to all this is
that if your filesystem and/or OS cannot handle large files, then do
not let them get that big. Keep them split up and just don't have
large files. I rotate the logs on my web servers (approx. 600 virtual
hosts spread across a dozen or so machines) on a nightly basis. The
biggest log file I get is about 10MB. Analog can handle multiple
files, so it's just much easier to do that.
