Dear Sir/Madam,

I am sorry to boring you.

I already tried to use "FILELOWMEM", "BROWLOWMEM", "REFLOWMEM", "USERLOWMEM",
"VHOSTLOWMEM" & "HOSTLOWMEM". The problem still occurs and error messages as
below.

The errors are as follows:

./analog: analog version 4.13/Unix
./analog: Warning F: Failed to open logfile
  /usr/netscape/server4/https-sonyhk/logs/access.01Nov-1200AM: ignoring it
  (For help on all errors and warnings, see docs/errors.html)
./analog: Warning R: Turning off empty time reports
./analog: Warning R: Turning off empty Request Report
./analog: Warning R: Turning off empty File Type Report
./analog: Warning R: Turning off empty Directory Report
./analog: Warning R: Turning off empty Domain Report
./analog: Warning R: Turning off empty Organisation Report
./analog: Warning R: Turning off empty Search Word Report
./analog: Warning R: Turning off empty Operating System Report
./analog: Warning R: Turning off empty File Size Report
./analog: Warning R: Turning off empty Status Code Report

Our Log life size is over 2Gigabytes. Is it cause this problem ??? Because I
already check all settings and paths.
Everything is O.K. I also check the /docs/error.html. I still cannot find any
solution.

I change the analog.cfg and anlghead.h as below.

In analog.cfg,

# If you need a LOGFORMAT command it must go here, above the LOGFILE command.
LOGFILE /usr/netscape/server4/https-sonyhk/logs/access.01Nov-1200AM
OUTFILE /usr/netscape/docroot/sonyhk/analog/report.html
HOSTNAME "Sony Electronics"
# REQINCLUDE pages
LINKINCLUDE pages
REFLINKINCLUDE *
UNCOMPRESS *.gz,*.Z "gzip -cd"
BROWOUTPUTALIAS Mozilla Netscape
BROWOUTPUTALIAS "Mozilla (compatible)" "Netscape (compatible)"
BROWOUTPUTALIAS IWENG AOL
REFALIAS http://www.sony.com.hk/* http://www.sony.com.hk:80/*
SUBDOMAIN sonymusic.com.hk 'Sony Electronics'
SUBDIR /*/*/*/*/*/*
FILELOWMEM 3
BROWLOWMEM 3
REFLOWMEM 3
USERLOWMEM 3
VHOSTLOWMEM 3
HOSTLOWMEM 3
#SUBTYPE *.gz,*.Z
TYPEOUTPUTALIAS .html ".html [Hypertext Markup Language]"
TYPEOUTPUTALIAS .htm ".htm [Hypertext Markup Language]"

In anlghead.h,

#ifndef ANALOGDIR
#define ANALOGDIR "/usr/netscape/docroot/sonyhk/analog/"
#endif
/* The directory where your analog stuff lives (or will live). You need to
   get this right otherwise analog won't be able to find any of its auxiliary
   files.
     This is just used in this file and anlghea2.h to build up other filenames.
   For example, we will have #define DEFAULTCONFIGFILE ANALOGDIR"analog.cfg"
   which means the file analog.cfg within the ANALOGDIR. */

#ifndef LOGFILE
#define LOGFILE "/usr/netscape/server4/https-sonyhk/logs/access.01Nov-1200AM"
/* The name of the default logfile. Can be a list, separated by commas
   (but no spaces), and can include wild cards. */
#endif

I am highly appreciate your help and support for us.

Best regards,
Kelvin Chan
