You're right, it's not. There isn't full boolean logical on operators.
But I'm not sure why you want to do it. All reports can have a column for
pages as well as/instead of raw requests, and can SORT and FLOOR by it. The
Request Report can list only pages with REQINCLUDE pages. I'm not sure what
you want to achieve that you can't already.
