Apart from the Request Report, apparently - but the REQINCLUDE line seems
to handle that.

Well, one problem with this approach is that the graphical files are
still included in the General summary, and also contribute to the
"[not listed]" lines at the end.
   It also feels somehow neater to be able to specify what entries to
report on _once_ and have all the reports work with a consistent set
of data.   Having to exclude the non-pages for all the reports individually
strikes me as a problem waiting to happen.

   I'd agree that a full boolean logic on operators is overkill,
but it shouldn't be too difficult to implement either a 'notpages'
token, or else to extend FILEINCLUDE to support the syntax

        FILEINCLUDE     /~wombat/*      pages

If I manage to throw something of the sort together, would you be interested
in it?   (Not that I've looked at the source yet!)
