I'm using Microsoft IIS.  I don't have a logformat specified in my .cfg
file.  Do I need to make that change on the server?  and if so, is there
something I can do with all the logs already generated?

If this:

happens for all requests, then you likely have a problem in your 
logformat spec. Try using the ',' as the separator instead of a space.
