I use a Cisco cache engine with the web server. The Logfiles
that are produced from my server show as a refferer of many requests
the IP of the Cisco cache engine that I use. How can I use the
Logfiles of the server along with the Logfiles from the Cache engine (for the
same period), in order to have in the reports the true refferer IPs and
also not lose from the number of hits to the site?
One thought I had was to count only the
HITS from the Cache Engine's Logfiles and exclude the IP of the Cache Engine
from the analysis of the Server Logfiles.
