So, I see this is a gently "Sorry, I don't want to
implement this feature". Or I'm wrong?
How can you will have unique IP per day
eficienlty if it must be parsed 600 Mbytes log file?
What you can make better to respond to this question
if this will be your job?
Thats why I request to implement this new analog feature.
Surely, I can program a Perl script to do this, but
it will be usefull to combine analog input/output
system with this new statistics. Why to put effort
in grabbing input system (e.g. parsing engine etc.)
and output system (e.g. html generation, computer
readable, text & latex ones etc.) and make my
own tool for just a little feature.
Analog is the right place!
kind regards,
