The 'virtual' command is used on some FreeBSD systems which implement a 
'virtual server' to emulate the web-user's rights, paths, etc. when 
running an application. If the program was installed to be run from the 
web (perhaps for the form interface) then you have to use 'virtual' for 
it to find all it's libraries, config files and such.
