[analog-help] Analog help

Hello,   I just installed the latest version of Analog on win 2k OS. On our site, we have many clients which access the same set of pages, but they are from different companies. The way I do it is I have created virtual directories and then I get the company id from the directory  ie  www.assetfactory.com/instawatch and www.assetfactory.com/broadwing access the same set of pages. Now, I want to have the reporting different for both of them, but I cant seem to do it. It just gives me stats for all the things at ones.   I hope I have made myself clear.
