I'd value your opinions on the issue of web forums vs mailing lists.
My vote is for a forum ;-) (my mail box is to full)

Too full a mailbox is hardly a reason to switch to a forum. Doesn't your email program support filters? If you presort a large portion of your emails into multiple mailboxes, you will find it more managable despite the volume. I have a separate mailbox for each list and have the posts auto-routed there. If I am too busy or topics don't sound interesting enough, I simply delete the messages.
