I have three separate log files in three separate locations. Two have to be
downloaded by FTP and put in their own directories since they have the same
names (ex4zz.log). Those two are from Windows 2003 Server. The third log in
on a locally mapped network drive, and that is apache 2.x.

You run it it three times, once for each site. If you have just one logfile
with multiple hosts, use VHOSTINCLUDE (I think that's the one) to pick the
log records you need.
