Hi,
I run an annual summary (amongst various other reports) for one of our web
sites every month. It's quite a busy web site, there are about half a
billion log lines already this year (and we don't log graphics downloads,
just HTML)
The summary report just contains the
General Summary
Monthly Report
Weekly Report
Daily Summary
reports ...
However this year it's been running like a dog. Last night it finished after
running for :
2989 minutes, 31 seconds
When I looked at the machine it was running on, the analog process had over
1 GB of RAM allocated.
I have
HOSTLOWMEM 2
FILELOWMEM 2
BROWLOWMEM 2
REFLOWMEM 2
USERLOWMEM 2
VHOSTLOWMEM 2
all set.
Is there anything else I can do to speed it up ? (I've ordered some more RAM
this week :-)
