The report that you quote above was run on  Mon-31-Oct-2005 - it would be
fairly difficult to get a report on usage between December 1st and December
9th in a report that you ran in October :-). It would appear that you are
looking at the wrong output file.

Even though you're using  XHTML output, you're  still writing to report.dat.
You should probably set OUTFILE to Report.htm as well.
