Using the host keyboard when running LunarLander in the emulator works
as expected ie. 'q' and 'w' rotate the ship and up-arrow start/pauses
the game.

If, however I click the mouse within the view then there is no further
response to keypresses until I either click one of the Dpad buttons or
press up-arrow twice!

As my own code - based loosely on the LL code - exhibits the same
symptoms I would like to know how to overcome this as I need to
process both screen touch and keypress events.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
