:O   I ordered one on monday, but havent gotten any tracking  
numbers.  All i have is an order number...I can't call them b/c i'm  
out of the country until christmas.  Won't be in the U.S. again until  
then.. :(  was hoping to get it as my christmas present to myself...   
Did they say they have been having problems?  Are you america?

In response to Jay, I don't think we would be dealing w/ tmobile at  
all, since this is directly through brightstar for the dev phones...
