Ok, I took matters into my own hands :) I called the company that is processing these orders (Brightstar), it was explained to me by the extremely helpful and nice representative (Not sarcastic at all, apparently they only have one person answering the calls for all Android inquiries and she couldn't be nicer!) that the orders are being processed but there appears to be an issue with the shipping confirmation emails (more than one person has called in to ask about this).
BUT, she did have the capability to look up my order and determine it will likely be a few days before it ships (hence no shipping confirm for me). So, if you ordered after 10pm last night (which is when I did) you probably won't get the device until mid-next week.
