Are judges required to read ReadMe before the testing of the app? As i
see from server logs my app (Mages, multiplayer game engine) have been
reviewed during just several minutes at the past week, even without
creation of several players (since it is _Multiplayer_ engine!) and
testing multiplayer game.

Readme doc clearly describes steps needed to test this application -
creation of several players, join one game / send invitations/ etc. I
doubt that API / underlying services were reviewed (since it is
development framework, not just GUI app), which is 90% of the whole
application...

I thought Google ideology is quality over quantity but now i see that
quantity wins. I understand that it is impossible to make deep review
with just 100+ judges - here is rough calculations - it is about 50+
application per judge (if three judges are expected to review the same
app) = about 5-6 app per day. If it is not primary work (i.e. judge
during non-working hours), then we will have about 10-20 minutes per
app... Ugh. But could we ask atleast to read ReadMe file? Thanks....
