My app was finally hit today by someone who came in through Android, so I am assuming it was a judge. The screencast linked in my README was not viewed, and the judge did not try to use my application beyond logging into the main menu. All together activity was less than 2 minutes long. Now, they may have hit a bug or a crash, I'll never know, but I am a bit concerned that as you say there are not enough judges to perform a fair assessment of each application.
