It appears that Google is helping people that actually do work. Quietly on this forum. If you are thorough in looking through the body of answers already provided and have a question that grows the knowledge base with an answer, people seem to be getting answers. Also the bugs/enhancement list is getting attention -even though we don't always see eye to eye on the value of good an uniform user interfaces.
So developers who are actually working to get stuff done are getting answers.
