Ladies and gentlemen, I know many of you are working on your applications for your company or for a client. However, there are also many maverick developers out there writing code on their own. I am writing this message to invite those individuals who have an app and a dream to join our virtual team at AdroitAndroid.
Benefits: - AdroitAndroid will function as a community of developers that will create an application development framework to which you will have access. - It will serve as your personal network of experts and peer developers who will be virtual resources to help you develop your dream application. - Most importantly (and how this differs from an open source group), AdroitAndroid will ensure that you get PAID. Because you will become a member (read: OWNER) of the LLC, you will get distributions from the profits on ALL of the applications that AdroitAndroid publishes. This means you don't have to put something out on the market and just hope that people buy it. AdroitAndroid will have a promotional budget to advertise and promote your applications and then send you a check for a portion of the profits generated on ALL AdroitAndroid applications. Restrictions and responsibilities: - You must apply for membership in the AdroitAndroid LLC. - There is a $200 non-refundable application fee. - All members must dedicate a (yet to be determined) set number of hours to work on AdroitAndroid projects and/or management. - All members will be subject to the operating agreement. Memberships applications will be evaluated based on criteria including, but not limited to: -- Work experience -- Software development/management skill -- Availability to work on projects -- References -- Creativity -- Telephone interview -- AdroitAndroid needs For additional details and an application, please email me.
