Have you considered the following: 1) Use a web application instead of and Andorid application 2) Create a custom activity that creates a view (buttons, etc) on the fly from dynamic meta-data received from the server. 3) Like 2), but just a view, although an activity per screen (a chunk of user interacation) seems more apropos than an activity whith muliple views.
