In my experience, when a user has left a negative comment AND emailed me, then after a (polite :) ) response from me, they have usually updated their original comment to be positive. Ok, you could argue that the fact they have followed up their comment with an email means they are different from those "Doesn't work. Uninstalled" users, but still I think it would result in a significant number of comment corrections.
